Refund policy

At PalmPro Sports we want you to be delighted with your gloves. If you're not, we offer a straightforward, free 30-day returns policy.

Returns window- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and with any original packaging or tags.

Free returns- Returns are free of charge. To start a return, email us at info@palmprosports.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label.

Your legal right to cancel- Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Where you exercise this right, we will refund the full amount, including standard outbound delivery, once the goods are returned to us.

Refunds- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll email to confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Faulty or incorrect items- If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at info@palmprosports.com and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement, including any postage costs, at no charge to you.

Exchanges- The fastest way to exchange for a different colour or size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
