Shipping policy

Where we ship- We deliver across the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland.

Processing time- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times and costs.

- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days. Free on orders over £25; otherwise a flat £2.99.
- Republic of Ireland: 2-5 business days. Free on orders over £25; otherwise a flat £2.99.

Tracking- Where a tracked service is used, we'll email your tracking details once your order ships.

Delays- Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Occasionally, delays occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email info@palmprosports.com and we'll chase it for you.

Address accuracy- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
