Orders- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Payment- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property- All content on this site — including images, logos, text and designs — is the property of PalmPro Sports and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability- To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalmPro Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
